Richard Tremblay, MSPT

Richard graduated with his B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on human movement from San Francisco State University in 2005 and received his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA in 2007.

For the last five years, Richard has focused on post-surgical and sports related rehabilitation.  He has worked with referred patients from the former orthopaedic surgeons for the Cleveland Browns and San Francisco Giants.  Richard has observed surgeries, worked with surgeons to formulate post operation protocol and assisted with injury prevention programs at the local high schools.

Richard recently completed the NAIOMPT lumbo-pelvic and cervical-thoracic courses. He is continually working toward enhancing his skills as a Physical Therapist to provide safe and effective research based treatments for his patients.

A native Vermonter, Richard recently relocated back to his home state where he enjoys cycling, hiking and spending time with his wife and son.


Molly Taylor, ATC

Molly is a recent graduate from the University of Vermont where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. She is a board certified Athletic Trainer by the National Athletic Training Association and has experience with a wide range of patients and athletes throughout the Burlington Area, including both high school and Division 1 collegiate athletes. She has a dual role with Long Trail, providing rehabilitation services to patients in the Richmond clinic and also serving as Head Athletic Trainer at Burlington High School. At the high school, Molly provides prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries and also acts as a Clinical Instructor to UVM Athletic Training students.

Molly is the youngest of three and a native of central Vermont. Her personal interests include snowboarding, playing guitar and ukulele, and painting. She participates in women’s league basketball, softball, and soccer. She is interested in becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and hopes to pursue her Master’s degree in Athletic Training and/or Education.
